Patient Testimonials
Dr. Levy was great! I came in pain and he removed my tooth same day in less than an hour. His assistant Chantel put me at ease & they made it a fun experience. I highly recommend everyone to come here.
The team at Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery was amazing! Had to get two teeth pulled and I don’t handle pain well. They did everything to make me feel comfortable throughout the process and had me out and home in no time!! Definitely recommend!
Thank you so much AOFS ! From the first encounter over the phone to checking in and even post surgery you all were the best and did an amazing job calming our nerves. Very detailed in at home care and even gave me an office to work out of while I wait. The staff are some of nicest and patient people I’ve ever encountered. Great Job AOFS.. I wish I could give twenty stars !!

I have Dr. Levy doing my implant procedure and he is amazing! Everyone in this office is super friendly, answers all my questions and makes sure I understand everything that’s going on. I would recommend this office to anyone!
I treated with Dr. Thomas David, TMJ/TMD Specialist, who provides non-surgical treatment. After a very detailed initial visit, with x-rays, and written instructions on do’s and dont’s to help TMJ, he referred me to TMJ Physical Therapy. I learned so much about what was causing my excruciating jaw pain, jaws popping, jaw stiffness, and headaches, and how these specific exercises are designed for significant improvement and preparation for wearing the oral appliance, which was ordered once PT was completed. My appliance is working great!! I am very excited, because I have had years of jaw pain and headaches, with nothing that worked, until I saw Dr. David. I wish I had found him sooner. And, his office staff is also awesome.
I was referred to Atlanta Oral and was IMPRESSED from the first interaction. Trish helped me immensely and answered all my questions and even did the leg work helping getting some insurance hiccups cleared. She then explained to me how AMAZING Dr. Levy was, I was already sold even before the consultation. The level of care and how genuine everyone at the office was, I knew regardless I was having my work done with them. As a cancer survivor I had tons of work needing to be done, Dr. Levy took time and explained all my options and even made recommendations based on my accommodations and expressed needs. I had SEVEN teeth pulled this Wednesday and even beyond the surgery Dr. Levy personally reached out to check on me. The level of care is just UNMATCHED. THEY HAVE A PATIENT FOR LIFE! Thank you to everyone involved!
Had all my wisdom teeth removed today. Surgery was smooth, effecient and quick. Was in and out within about a hour upon arrival, and with no apparent complications into my healing process. Staff is very accommodating and even reached out to me numerous times on an accountability and professional basis just to check on me, couldn't ask for more as a patient.

Our Kennestone office specializes in full-mouth dental implants, implant-supported dentures, and bone grafting for optimal dental implant placement. Talk to our doctor today to see if they’re right for your lifestyle and budget.
Wisdom Teeth Removal to Avoid Infections and Impacted Teeth
By early adulthood, most of our patients will require wisdom teeth removal. Your wisdom teeth are your third molars, which come in last. Because your mouth is designed to accommodate 28 teeth, these extra four can quickly become a problem. This outpatient procedure prevents overcrowding, infections, and impacted teeth. We pride ourselves on offering safe, gentle wisdom teeth extraction.
General Anesthesia: We Offer IV & Oral Sedation & Laughing Gas
If you need oral surgery, we offer general anesthesia to ensure your comfort and relaxation during the procedure. Depending on your health and the type of surgery you need, we have several options. We offer oral and intravenous (IV) sedation, as well as traditional nitrous oxide (laughing gas).
Non-Surgical Procedures for TMJ Disorder & Sleep Apnea
Not every procedure at our Kennestone office involves surgery. We provide several non-surgical procedures, including oral appliances for sleep apnea and steroid injections for TMJ disorders. Please visit us today for additional information about any of your options.
Facial Reconstruction Surgery Corrects Jaw Misalignments
One of the more complex oral surgeries we provide is facial reconstruction to correct misaligned jaws. Whether caused by a birth defect or traumatic injury, jaw misalignments can affect your bite and health. We won’t recommend this type of treatment until we complete a thorough exam and x-rays. Feel free to ask any questions during your pre-treatment consultation with our oral surgeons in Marietta.
Bone Grafting Prepares Many Patients for Dental Implants
Our oral surgeons use bone grafting to restore dental implant sites for many patients. With guided bone regeneration, it is possible to grow bone wherever needed. Taking bone from another area of your body or a tissue bank, bone grafting also corrects many issues caused by disease, injury, or birth defects.
Surgical and Non-Surgical TMJ Treatment for Pain Relief
Patients with frequent headaches, stiff jaw muscles, and popping noises when they open their mouth could have a TMJ disorder. TMJ disorders are usually caused by injury or disease. We offer both surgical and non-surgical TMJ treatments at our Kennestone office. Once we’ve confirmed a TMJ disorder diagnosis, our doctors may suggest wearing a splint, exercising your jaw, and other treatments.
An Oral Pathology Consultation Could Save Your Life
Oral cancer manifests itself in many ways. Some people may notice sores that don’t heal or bleed easily, while others may experience chronic sore throat or hoarseness. Whatever the warning signs, don’t ignore them. Turn to our oral pathology experts for a consultation. It could end up saving your life.
